As the 1st to rent this space, i was excited to see what this place had in store for us. Upon entering the home, we were hit with the smell of cat urine. It did not go away over time, it stayed and it is strong. We walked upstairs and there was white stuff all over the floor. That stuff migrated from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor. The 1/2 bath on the 2nd floor had something in the toilet that we did not investigate any further. The light was not working in the stairwell to the 3rd floor which made ourlate arrival a little treacherous. The back bedroom was nice with a curtain and comfortable bed. But the bathroom did not have any towels in them and the sink looks like someone spilled rust in it. The other bedroom has a broken blind and no curtain. The bed is awful. Besides findi g painters tape under the covers, I felt every spring in that mattress every night we stayed. The bathroom was ok, except for the pre-existing hair on the towels. All in all it served a purpose for our visit to Denver. A lot more attention to detail needs to be taken before the next person comes in. And get a new mattress for the front bedroom.
