The home is situated in a quiet residential area close to Aberdeen’s vibrant city centre. You’re just a short distance from Union Square, Aberdeen Beach, and the historic Old Town. Nearby, you’ll find local cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants offering both local and international cuisine.
Public transport options and parking are easily accessible, making it simple to explore the city or travel further afield to the stunning Aberdeenshire countryside and coastline.
Guests have full, private access to the entire property. Self check-in is available for your convenience, and you’ll find everything ready for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Frequent buses run along Great Western Road, taking you directly to Aberdeen city centre, RGU, and the university. The main train station is around 10 minutes away by bus or taxi, with regular connections across Scotland. Aberdeen Airport is about 25 minutes by car, or you can take the Jet 727 Airport Bus to the city centre. Drivers have easy access to the A90 and A944, with convenient on-street parking nearby.
- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either pay a refundable Damage Deposit or purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during their stay.
