About this house rental
Perfect location! Situated near UAMS Hospital and minutes from I-630. and downtown. Whether you're here for work, school or a visit, this is the ideal spot for your brief stay in Little Rock. This building was recently remodeled and offers a great open concept design on the lower level, with quartz countertops in both the kitchen and the bathroom. This is a pet friendly building and free parking is available.
The space
The guest will have access to all the amenities that includes:
1. BEDROOMS - Each bedroom has a queen bed, along with USB lamps and table, allowing additional convenience for your wireless devices.
2. BATHROOM - Features bath amenities, with full tub.
3. KITCHEN - Open concept design with the kitchen looking into the living area. Bath and bedrooms are located on the 2nd level.
4. LIVING ROOM - with 55" Roku TV perfect for movie time!
5. Free Parking on the premises
6. FREE 1G MBPS WIFI
Guest access
1. You will have access to the entire unit, you may effortlessly enter the unit via smart lock, granting access to the unit with a simple tap, epitomizing the harmony between technology and convenience. A code will be given to you 24-48 hours prior to your arrival.
2. We have a few units of the same layout and floor plan; hence, similar pictures are in multiple listings.
3. The building is located directly across from UAMS hospital and the emergency entrance. Expect to hear ambulance sirens randomly. While it's not a big issue for most, we recommend air plugs for sound sensitive guests.
4. The building has some entrance steps to walk up from the parking lot.
5. Please ensure that your animal/pets are well-behaved and supervised during your stay. Guests are welcome to bring a maximum of two animals only, please note that additional or unauthorized animals/pets will incur a charge of $150 per pet.
Pet owners are responsible for tidying up the property after taking their animals/pets outdoors. A $50 fee will be added to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after animals/pets.
6. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the unit/garage. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $500 per incidentals.
7. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM daily to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
