Me and my better half have enjoyed the stay! We currently rent it monthly and the host is incredible and unit is perfect. Location is great too! Monthly pricing is adjusted. Love it here! Thanks again!

Very easy to get around to the drs. and hospital. Ruth was a very great host helping us with anything we needed. Very spacious and comfortable. I believe that 1 or 2 of the four are rentals and the neighbors were very nice. Really not much of a view, but the little park right next door is very nice, clean and peaceful. Park has two permanent charcoal grills, a heavy duty metal table with 4 sturdy chairs, a picnic table, abundant shade, and a nice breeze. Parking is simple and 20 feet from the front door. I love to cook and the electric stove in the island had a vent, light and was a joy to use. Beds and couch are comfy. The coffee table and a big leather chair are very sturdy but they have ornamental iron legs that are not foot friendly and tight to get around which could easily be remedied by either getting rid of the outdated entertainment center and the big table right as you come through the front door. Just a suggestion. I would defiantly come back and the price was very reasonable. We had everything we needed, dishes pans utensils dishwasher wth provided soap pods. I could live there!! .

Apartment was just as pictured and suited our family well. Ruth was super responsive when a plumbing issue arose she was on top of having it fixed before we even reached out! Highly recommended!
