I have stayed here twice, except for some occasional sounds overnight I don't see any problems. Perfect for work overnight stay. Would choose again.

We were the first set of customers to visit the hotel few days (first week) of its opening and just they are beginning to settle down. Great location you have to drive in from the mainroad, with good free parking space and beautiful scenery front and back (with rugby field). The rooms are prestine clean and fab. Reception and Housekeeping staff respond well to our needs. Being new, some things were missing. The colour scheme of the room, toilet and deco is great, mirrowing irish identity. The carpet were still very new, and the TV set still in the plastic it was delivered. Tea cups and tea items were scanty and not fully supplied until asked. Soap and towel not enough, thought it was omission. The environment is vibrant, full of life and we found very noisy with partying and pub customers, especially during the weekends and from approaching the entrance but there are great security who were welcoming to guests - The bar and restaurant were close to the entrance. Did not have time to use the gym or sport centre which is separate. The bed looks small for what I would consider a double for us. Unfortunately, the bed one of the lamps by the bedside and some sockets in the room were not in working conditions, possibly because the work of opening the hotel was rushed through. We didn't enjoy the TV in the room as hard to operate including the programmes and system in place, we had to be asking for assistanc. My worst experience was with the Restaurant when on the first morning, I went for breakfast. After the Reception took my room details to ensure to put all bills to my card, she sent to the Counter of the Restaurant and called them to attend to me. Unlike other places I had visited, I made my order and I was given a wooden/plastic plank for number of the table, and was asked to go and wait for my order. I waited 1 hour and fifteen (15) minutes, yes exactly that (75minutes) until the breakfast time ended, and no one came to deliver my order. Embarrassingly, I went back to the Counter to ask them what was happening. They had no reason except that they forgot and chatting away at the Counter. The Reception lady who sent me there was equally very sorry and embarrassed at such poor service. By this time I was not only kept very hungry , but angry. Worse still, they had nothing more to abase this experience, just too carlous! I think the catering staff thought they had finished because most of the guys were waiting at the front of the kitchen and the bar, presumably waiting to be dismissed. How could they have missed such thing, not sure! The bar staff seems to have chatted away and forgot. I believe this hotel has great potentials, especially if you desire to have some tastes and feelings of the Irish vibes. Lots of beautifiul, historical, black and white Irish - oriented pictures hanging on the walls, giving you the history and culture of both the place and Irish identify. Generally, the staff were friendly. The rooms were reasonably priced.
