Welcome to Lodgeur at Mid Main Lofts! This trendy apartment community is in the heart of Midtown, Houston’s most walkable neighborhood. There are dozens of bars and restaurants on your doorstep and a METRORail station (3 stops to the Texas Medical Center or Downtown). This 6th-floor furnished 2BR apartment (878 SF) is perfect for short and extended stays, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a workspace with fast WiFi. Onsite, there’s free parking, a pool, and a 24/7 gym.
You will be staying in a private apartment (a 878 SF 2BR on the 6th floor), so you’ll have the space to yourself. You’ll be able to pick up your keys 24/7/365 with our self-check-in process once you’ve completed our guest verification process with your government photo ID.
Each Lodgeur listing is fully equipped for both short and extended stays. You’ll be able to:
- Relax in a living room equipped with a sofa, armchair, 50-inch smart TV, and a Bluetooth speaker
- Work remotely with a desk, task lamp, office chair, and fast fiber internet WiFi (100+ Mbps)
- Get a great night’s sleep in our comfortable king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, soft sheets, cozy pillows, blackout curtains, and a white noise machine. There's also a 40-inch smart TV in each of the bedrooms
- Freshen up in a spacious en-suite bathroom with ample storage and a bathtub with shower (first bathroom) and walk-in shower (second bathroom), MALIN+GOETZ toiletries, plush bath towels, pool towels, a hairdryer, and hair straightener / flat iron
- Cook a meal in our fully equipped kitchens, which include a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, air fryer, blender, rice cooker, Crockpot slow cooker, tri-ply cookware, bakeware, and more ready for use! Appliances include a stovetop, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and a microwave
- Take care of laundry with our in-unit washer and dryer, steam iron, and ironing board
- Enjoy pool and courtyard views from the Juliette balcony
You will also have complimentary access to the following amenities shared with other residents of the apartment community:
- Free parking in the secure resident parking garage
-Electric vehicle charging is available in the garage via standard 110V outlets (Level 1 outlets provide charging at a rate of 3-5 miles/hour)
