Built in 1960 and last modernized in 2025, the holiday home offers 63 m² of living space with a well-designed layout on one level (ground floor). Two bedrooms with high-quality parquet flooring, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, and a separate dining room ensure comfort and privacy. The modern, enclosed kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, and kitchen utensils. In the spacious basement, there are two additional storage rooms for bicycles or skis. Practical extras such as a vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, ironing board and iron, a handcart, as well as a private washing machine and dryer ensure a carefree stay, even for longer trips.
The holiday home features a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and window. Towels, bath towels, bed linen, and basic toiletries are included in the rental price.
