The main level features an open-concept design with a wall of windows framing stunning lake views. The main level also includes a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. Upstairs, you’ll find another queen bedroom and a loft area that overlooks the great room and offers even more beautiful views of the lake. This room also has a comfy fold out bed for extra sleeping options. Wake up to the sunrise in the water. The walk-out lower level includes a third queen bedroom, a spacious family room with a large TV, Wii, and plenty of games, plus an additional full bathroom.
Outside, enjoy the lakefront lifestyle with your own private pier, two kayaks and a canoe for exploring the water, and a charcoal grill for cooking out. A public boat launch is located within 100 yards of the home, making it easy to get your boat in and out of the water.
McGinnis Lake is a 27-acre non motorized lake located in Adams County with a maximum depth of 28 feet. Visitors can enjoy fishing for Panfish and Largemouth Bass, and the lake’s moderately clear water makes it perfect for paddling, swimming, or simply relaxing by the shore.
