* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $250 non-refundable fee per dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.
* Community Pool is not heated.

We love this area of Sea Pines and this condo is comfortable and spacious enough for six. Close proximity to beach club is very nice. Clean, great communication from rental company and well equipped. Would recommend.

The dishwasher was leaking and unusable. The host would request a serviceman, but I had to adjust my vacation schedule to be there as not to just leave the leave the unit open to someone.
No complimentary bicycles. I have stayed in HH for visits twice a year for the past 10 years and bicycles are always provided. In HH, bicycles are the most popular transportation and recreation.
Grounds maintenance is constant in HH but this unit did not have the patio serviced. Be prepared to the clear the patio and furniture of debris to sit outside.
Parking issue. The area does not have labeled parking spots per unit. I was told they are “working on it” which did not help the inconvenience it caused us to park.
