The Space:
Enjoy an unrestricted view of Clearwater Bay from this lovely condo, best enjoyed from the spacious private balcony! This corner condo has a lovely sunset view of the bay, as well as the city and harbor. Inside, guests can relax in central air conditioning. Tasteful details abound inside, such as granite countertops in each bathroom and in the full kitchen. Every bedroom features a ceiling fan and a private entrance to a bathroom. A private washer/dryer allows guests to relax on their own schedules. In addition to everything at this luxurious condo, guests can enjoy access to a shared pool and hot tub during their stay.

Clearwater Beach is about a 10-minute walk (less than a mile-and-a-half) away, where there are miles of sugar white sand to enjoy! Sand Key Beach is just under two miles away and offers a coastal park experiences (with plenty of seashells to collect). Clearwater Marine Aquarium (two miles away) offers fun shows and exhibitions starring animals from the sea. Clearwater Beach is home to many fantastic restaurants, with top picks like The Bait House Tackle & Tavern, Frenchy's Rockaway Grill, and Pearly's Beach Eats within two miles of the condo.

The condo association has recently installed a new 24-hour recorded video surveillance security system at the exterior area of the condo building at the unit. There are two cameras covering the spa/pool area, four cameras in the garage, and two cameras on each floor (2-6).
**Please remind guests that quiet hours start at 9 PM, and excessive noise could result in fines imposed against the owners and passed to their guests during their stay by the HOA and/or city municipality.
***Guests are allowed to have only one vehicle in the assigned parking space for the condo in the garage. Oversize vehicles and trailers are not authorized in the garage. Also, guests are not allowed to request other owners to use their parking spaces during their stay. Guests may be able to use the three guest parking spaces on a first come, first serve basis in the garage. The rest of the parking for additional vehicles (including oversize vehicles) are on-street, paid or free.
****Occupancy will be verified and strictly enforced to ensure guests are not exceeding occupancy limits. Exceeding this limit may require the guests to forfeit their booking costs and/or to pay additional fees for the additional guests.
*****The pool, hot tub, and barbecue area are open for use from dawn until dusk only, monitored by the condo association. Failure to comply with this rule may cause guests to pay a monetary penalty, and/or be restricted from the use of these amenities, including the potential cancellation of their reservation without a refund.

We had a fantastic stay at this Clearwater condo! The highlight was definitely the incredible view of the bay—we spotted dolphins almost every day from the balcony, which was such a treat. The location was perfect: just a quick 10-minute walk to the main beach and plenty of great restaurants nearby.The condo itself was spotless, with clean and comfortable furniture and beds that made it easy to relax. We also appreciated the beach equipment provided—it made our beach days so much easier. A nice surprise was finding cold drinks waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived—such a thoughtful touch!Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable beach getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Property was immaculate, spacious and well-stocked with kitchen equipment, etc. Balcony was nice to sit in mornings and evenings. Proximity to beach was perfect - almost exactly half mile walk - away from the traffic and a quiet property. Beach is pristine with white soft sand.

Absolutely loved the condo for my family. Plenty of room, super clean, great view, has all the cooking utensils needed. BBQ that works great. We got to see dolphins swim by in the mornings. It is right next to a police station so you cannot get any safer than that. About a 10min walk to the beach; my three kids, husband and I did it twice a day. But you can also go right over the bridge to the beach by car and pay for parking for 5$ for the day (you can come
and go as you please).

This condo is super nice! My family enjoyed the beautiful views from the extra large balcony and all the upgraded features inside. The overall checkin process was seamless. I highly recommend this condo.
