The property is classed as dolphin cove but the building is called pelican cove which is confusing

Very nice appartement with a great view. It comes with every possible amenities. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.

great location, away from main crowds! It was quiet and comfortable. Easy to get to beaches, beds were comfortable.

The dryer didn’t work, dishes weren’t very clean, had to re-wash many dishes. minor repairs/refurbishment needed

The condo was nice is had A lot of room. It was clean very felt homey when you walked in the door.

When we where for vacation I had email the property manager twice asking for the address finally got it at 1 AM as we were on the road to Florida. I never got an email telling me what the elevator code was. When I finally got a hold of somebody because the key code they gave me did not work they changed it to a new one and when I went to leave the next day the door would not lock with a key card I called they are supposed to send out someone to fix it the next day don’t know if they came because they told me they would contact me and never did. We had to listen to people yelling laughing having good times down below us after 10 o’clock nonstop. When we got to the condo there was absolutely no toilet paper nothing I thought they would at least leave one roll or two rolls till I can get to the store to get more. Also the Fossett on the sink leaked all the time I never was told where to throw the garbage away downstairs and come to find out from somebody that lives there no it was on my floor and there’s a garbage chute. All in all I would say they need better communication with anybody renting and to double check that the renters get all the correct information before they get there.
