Awesome backyard and grill, outdoor seating, cozy beds and sofas, good appliances. Did not have coffee but had a coffee machine. Good for kids. Lot of beach and bath towels. Beach chair, umbrella, strollers kept from previous tenants!

Two couples on this trip, and high priority was to have 2 bdrm and 2 baths. I would not consider this to be a 2 bath. We finally 'found' the 2nd bath in the garage, and there was no sink in the room (shower and toilet only .. so no washing hands or shaving possible). The patio TV did not work (but not needed for our stay).
That said, it was mainly clean (outdoor room needed wiping down) the garage was clean, the kitchen well stocked and RETRO for sure (no updates, but functional) The beds were comfy and spacious areas, so lots of room to spread out and becomfortable.Nice neighborhood.
