A beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom / 2 car over-sized garage home- close to gulf beaches, Tampa, Orlando, and Disney World!

This beautiful home sits in one of the best neighborhoods in Pinellas County. Perfectly situated in the City of Largo, it is mere steps from Eagle Lake Park which is a gorgeous expanse of land with trails for biking and walking, lakes for turtle and fish viewing, and green space to picnic complete with playgrounds for the little ones!
The home is also minutes away from the beach (approximately 5 miles), conveniently located near airports, easy access to Tampa, St. Petersburg, Dunedin, and anything that you can think of that you'd like to take advantage of in the Tampa Bay Area. We hope you enjoy your stay with us!
Guests will have access to the entire home.
We are very accessible and we are happy to provide help with any questions our guests may have. If we are not in town, we are always within reach via email or phone.
Beautiful pride of ownership in neighborhood, extremely walkable (to park, Highland Recreation Facility nearby, and more!), clean and safe surroundings, proximity to anything you'd like!
Getting around is best in car unless you are just looking to walk or bike in surrounding areas, parks, nature trails/etc.
Guests will have access to the entire home. We have recently installed a state of the art code entry system for the front door so you can come and go as you please without the need of a key. Personalized code will be provided. :)
We are more than available if you need us, but are very respectful of our guests and want them to just enjoy their time in our home.
We kindly request that you please leave our home as you found it. We appreciate it!

Nice place to stay that was only 2 min from work. Sold our home and needed a place to stay till we drive up north to sign on new home. The hosts were great. House was nice and clean. Highly recommend this place. If we come back to visit family, may use this one again.

Their house was just perfect for our needs! Quiet street. Safe location. Close commute to Largo, St Pete and everywhere we needed to go in the Bay area. The hosts were helpful and super responsive:) The home was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh when we arrived. 10/10!!

Great location, loved the neighborhood, right by a beautiful park. The house was spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Great water pressure. Great hosts. Would recommend.

The property is as advertised. We were so comfortable during the long stay we booked while we look for a house, and the owner is super accommodating making himself available within minutes of us reaching out with questions. The house size is perfect for the length of our stay, and helped make it a somewhat seamless transition in our relocation. The neighborhood is quiet and I feel extremely safe, and I love the proximity to playgrounds, recreation, beaches, and shopping. We were there with our toddler, and I also appreciate that it was safe for her, with not much she could get into. Would highly recommend for a large family getaway or people who are relocating and want to explore the area before buying, like us!
