Luxe Comfort in Birminghams Jewellery Quarter

Overall, I had a good stay, but there is one significant issue that I think should be addressed. I stayed in Apartment 1 during an exceptionally hot week in the summer. The room became extremely hot because the ground-floor windows do not open, apart from a very small top vent, which doesn't provide enough ventilation. There is no air conditioning, so fresh air simply doesn't circulate through the room. At times it was too hot to work comfortably, and even sleeping was difficult. The only way to get some airflow was to leave my room door open, which isn't an ideal solution. Although a fan is provided, it just circulates the already hot air inside the room, so it doesn't make much difference during very warm weather. I would strongly recommend installing air conditioning in Apartment 1. It would make a huge difference to guests staying during the summer months and would significantly improve the overall comfort of the accommodation.
