This is a budget-friendly hotel that offers everything you need. The staff are very friendly and always available at the reception, responding quickly to any issues. Rooms are cleaned daily, with fresh bed linen and towels provided each day. Each room has a fridge and TV, and the bed is comfortable with a firmer mattress—which we personally liked. The air conditioning works well, and we experienced no problems during our stay. We stayed for nearly a month, and everything ran smoothly. There’s a place to store luggage if needed, and a gym next door that is free for hotel guests. Breakfast can also be ordered. Rooms are well-maintained and generally clean. Some towels or bed linen may have minor, permanent marks, but laundry is handled regularly. Floors are mopped and surfaces dusted daily. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to most places in the city. The walls are somewhat thin, but we didn’t find it an issue. One night there was a longer event in the restaurant downstairs, but it got quiet afterward, and neighbors weren’t noisy. It’s clear the hotel is continuously improving, and the staff put effort into maintaining a good standard. Overall, it’s a very comfortable place to stay, despite what some negative reviews say. Keep in mind the price!
