Take a short 4-5 minute walk to the mountain to enjoy a day of skiing, hit the cafe for Apres Ski, & feel secure that it's only a short walk back "home" after the days festivities. View the Thursday night fireworks from the comfort of this home or from the large deck off the dining room. Place was as advertised. Clean and well located an 8-10 min walk to the base of South Ridge. Nice hot tub and deck and plenty of towels and linens. A couple pieces of furniture could use an upgrade but overall a great stay. Would definitely return. Communication with host / owner was fantastic and easy.

The property had plenty of space and was located right in the heart of the resort. The hosts were easy to get a hold of to answer any questions and overall we had a very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend a visit to Sunday River for fall festival.
