Ubicación, piscina bien mantenida.

Falta mantenimiento general de la vivienda. Algunas sillas se rompen, faltan enchufes, algún armario, cortina de ducha manchada, sartenes en mal estado, colchones y protectores amarillentos. Los grifos no cerraban bien, pérdida de agua. Cadena de WC sin funcionar. Barbacoa sí, pero sin mesa ni sillas. Falta mayor privacidad con vecinos, esto se arregla colocando algunos setos, lo que sea... Falta de inversión en general por eso, nivel de confort bastante pésimo.
