The host Arman was incredibly friendly and helpful. He makes lovely home made wine too. The home made breakfasts and dinners were affordable and delicious. The rooms were clean, spacious and had all amenities you’d need. There is no better place to stay!

Понравилось абсолютно все! Расположение замечательное, напротив парк, недалеко от центра! Рядом магазины, кафе, где очень приятные цены.
В гостевом доме очень уютно, зелёно, чисто! Питание выше всяких похвал!

It was one of the best accommodation in my life. Perfect location, very quiet and clean, comfortable. The owner is such nice, skilful
and hospitable man. He made a lot of nice things - furniture, house, food. The staff is very nice - breakfast and dinner we can just recommend. The perfect staying.

The host is great, super welcoming and he does all he can to help. He gave us a drink tasting on arrival, specially wine, very good. We went for the option of having dinner in, best choice; amazing food and amount at good price, an excellent way of having a good taste of the Armenian food and hospitality.
The bathroom was pretty small so it can be a bit uncomfortable at some moments. The beds are a bit too soft, so pretty average in that way.
