The place was clean, the beds were quite comfortable, even the sofa bed. The furniture were good though the chair in the master bedroom was more suited for comfort than working/study. Parking was relatively easy during weekdays. Heating was easy to use. Location was quite central to where we wanted to go. The host was very responsive and courteous. The host offered to pop round with the hair dryer which we declined as it was not fair since he appointed agents to assist.
The agents (not the host) were unreliable and did not reply directly to our queries in the emails or text. There was no hair dryer in the property and the washing machine door was faulty, unable to do some washing.
