Stedet er perfekt i forhold til transport, indkøb, cafeer og spisesteder. Lejligheden er meget rummelig og der er en skøn tagterrasse. Meget effektive airconditioner i stue og begge soveværelser. Lækre møbler, store vinduer, god ventilation via skråvinduer. Stort badeværelse med vaskemaskine og tørrestativ. Stor sikkerhed med dobbelt lås på hoveddøren.

Ruhige Wohnung mit wunderschöner Dachterrasse… Modern eingerichtet. Besonders gut hat uns die Klimaanlage, sehr bequeme Betten und die tolle Lage gefallen… Tramhaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Tür und eine Station zur Ottakringer U-Bahn-Station Die Wohnung war absolut sauber. Sehr gut waren auch die Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten der Schlafzimmer. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Schöne Einrichtung, moderner Style, schöner Balkon und Aufzug vorhanden
Küche total verdreckt Backofen und Töpfe nicht verwendbar Überall extrem viel Staub Kein Reinigungsmittel u Staubsauger vorhanden. Es war der Dreck von den Vormietern ersichtlich wie dreckiger Boden, viel Staub und Backofen wurde vermutlich seit Monaten nicht gereinigt (Mängel wurden dem Vermieter beim Einzug mitgeteilt).
