The property was clean, comfortable and cosy, with beautiful views of the sea . The location was peaceful and convenient, and the cottage had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed waking up to the lovely views and would happily stay here again.

Good location for people who don’t want to be in the centre of Christchurch and would like to try something new. Nearest suburb had several good places to eat. Very quiet location as it was surrounded by residential properties. Very well equipped with coffee machine and dishwasher and garment steamer.
No electric blanket. However there were 3 heaters Booking.com messages arrived while we were travelling and off line. A message before we left home at 9.30am would have been more helpful. Fortunately the owners were very prompt at responding to our phone call on arrival.

A lovely small place to spend a few days in. Used it to get to town and the surrounding beaches. It is on the same grounds as a larger property, but due to its own entrance and driveway we didn't notice. Would definitely stay here again
The ceilings were a little low for a tall person like me, but I got used to it pretty quickly.
