Sehr gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung (Bus 2 Minuten entfernt und ca. 20 Minuten Fahrzeit nach Christchurch) sowie die Nähe zum Strand.
Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Ab und zu ist eine Komplettreinigung und eine Entrümpelung (uralte, halbvolle Marmeladengläser, zerfetzter Bademantel und alte Decken in den Schränken. Von Seiten des Verwalters kamen viel zu viele und viel zu lange Nachrichten - teilweise mehrfach identische Texte. Unser Verlängerungswunsch scheiterte an der komplexen Abwicklung des Verwalters.

Heel veel ruimte in het huis. Ook fijn dat er een wasmachine is. Heel dichtbij het strand en winkels.
We hebben de woonkamer niet gebruikt. De inrichting is wel wat ouderwets maar functioneert. Het is jammer dat het plaatsje een beetje vervallen is.

Clean tidy unit in a great location, close to the beach and shops. Host was very accommodating to our unusual request.
Probably a suburb thing, but the water pressure wasn't great.

The location was close to my purpose, and condiments and honey, sugar etc were provided, it was newly appointed,
The bedroom was too bright and in the wrong part of the house as it was on the street in between 3 street light, also the windows were opaque from not having been cleaned, for a long time , Im aware of that being near the sea it is more difficult to keep clean! Beware to not push completely the range slider security latch at the top right of the door, as it get stuck and is very difficult to undo!
