Schöne, große Wohnung. Gute Ausstattung. Sehr guter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind einige in der Nähe, auch Restaurants und Bars. Bis zum Zentrum kann man gehen, oder mit dem Bus fahren.

The flat was comfy, attractive and perfect for my needs

The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and looked new. The bedroom was surprisingly large, and the bed was very comfortable and spacious as well. There is air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, which was definitely a plus.

Unfortunately, there are quite a few things that could be improved. As I’ve noticed with many Airbnb apartments in Tirana, most of the basic essentials are missing. There was no drinking water although they thought to leave two cans of beer in the fridge, no tea or coffee sachets, and not even proper mugs for them. The kitchen utensils are quite worn out. We were provided with only a body towel each. The cleaning products provided were almost empty, with only a small amount left in the bottles, and there was no detergent provided for washing clothes. Some of the furniture and other things around the apartment need fixing, that I already complained for few. Even that, after the stay, the host managed to accuse us of a damage that was already there but I didn’t complain about during the stay (I also didn’t notice it). I found this very unprofessional and rude. If you stay here, I would recommend taking photos or videos of the apartment and any existing damage when you arrive.
