L'unica cosa che mi è piaciuta la posizione dell'appartamento è la cordialità del proprietario, il resto pessimo. Voto reale 4 ma ho deciso di dare 10 per stimolare il proprietario a sistemare l'appartamento.
L'appartamento non è in buone condizioni, ha bisogno di manutenzione urgentemente. Luce del bagno non funzionante,tv senza cavo per poter vedere i canali,lavatrice che perde acqua dopo ogni lavaggio,muro in cartongesso della camera da letto crepato tant'è vero che si vede il cavo della corrente di fuori, cassetti della cucina rotti, rubinetto del lavandino della cucina da sostituire. "Bidè inesistente"

Troppo costosa ma ognuno è libero di mettere il prezzo che vuole, ritengo per le dimensioni un poco alto. In estate sarebbe stato sicuramente più appropriato avendo una veranda davvero grande
