Месторасположение квартиры - близко до общественного транспорта, что удобно. Удобная кровать (матрас), кондиционер, балкон. Посуда была в наличии . В квартире было чисто. Хозяин постоянно на связи. Квартира полностью соответствует фото в объявлении.
Очень сильный запах канализации , даже при закрытой двери в ванную комнату. К сожалению об этом узнали в конце первого дня пребывания. Из оплаченных трех дней смогли прожить два дня и пришлось сменить жилье. Кухонный инвентарь немного устарел. На кухне воды была скорее теплая, нежеле горячая .
