Ross’ place is great for Santa Ana, super central to the main square. Ross the owner can’t do enough for you, she’s super friendly, made us feel super welcome, helped with instructions on local activities. Ross also helped to do our washing too, which she turned around within a day. The bed was really comfortable, and proper decent pillows - the dream! And AC :)
Was great to have our own private bathroom. Only suggestions were to make it a little more comfortable - toilet seat was too small / wonky for the toilet itself, mirror is not aligned with sink making it difficult for shaving, and there was only cold water in the shower.

The location is good. The price was very good.
The kitchen only has a refrigerator. To use the air conditioning, and only at night, we had to negotiate, even though it was included in the price according to the offer. But the staff was otherwise very kind.
