All good. Before being a hotel room, the top floor room space was a bar. It would be great if they kept it like a bar and adapted to be a room, because there's a whole rooftop with beautiful views and guests could make/enjoy their own drinks. I think people would even pay more for that and would be an interesting experience. But now it's just a normal room, It's still ok though

The location was idea, the placement above the pizza parlor was cool, and also all the eateries around made it very accommodating food-wise. I love colors, so the basic home-like decor was a nice touch.

What was kinda weird was the lack of communication from the property manager. Anyway, that has been my unfortunate situation, but if I really had to, I would come back again. It's just got good energy despite the misconnections and miscommunication.

五樓落地窗外的景色是最大吸引力（原本是一家rooftop lounge）。在陽台可以看夜景和西貢河。可徒步去metro站。 附近也有很多飲食店（便宜實惠和貴的高級的都有）。舒服的大床，冷氣，冰箱，熱水壺等都具備。雖然面向大馬路難免有雜音，河對岸傳來的卡拉OK聲，但是是在接受範圍內。

陽台裡雖然有一些餐具，但有些骯髒。陽台的洗手台有殘留物。陽台排水孔也未打掃有阻塞。 洗澡沒有熱水器，怕冷的人，盡早一些洗澡吧！ （整體來說，以住宿的低價就能有好風景和溫馨小屋風的體驗還是不錯的）

The location is great, with a lovely neighborhood and an incredible view on the skyline. We had a kind host, who was flexible with check-in and -out and was available for with issues we encountered.

Many amenities listed online did not match the actual apartment. Although it said there would be a pool, whirlpool, bar, private bathroom and en-suite, none of this exists. We ended up sharing bathrooms, which also led to confusion as other guests claimed in between that it was only for them to use. Further, on arrival we found the bathroom in a dirty, unhygienic state and the rest of the apartment, such as the balcony had also not been cleaned, we found empty bottles left by previous guests not thrown away and there were ants in both bathroom and bedroom. Additionally, the toilet easily clogs and the shower in the bathroom on our floor would only run on cold water. Although the apartment offered other amenities, such as a shared kitchen and an outdoor cooking space, these were not of a quality or state which invited us to make use of them. Despite the great view, be aware that it is at a major street and a construction site next door, meaning you will encounter noise even throughout the night. If you plan to stay in District 2, there are not many other options at an affordable price. If you don’t have too high expectations, then this accommodation should be fine, but there are definitely better ones in the city at a similar price.
