המיקום נוח מאד, הוראות ההגעה ואיסוף המפתח היו מאד ברורים. המגבות נעימות וגדולות. המארחת נחמדה מאד. הדירה מרווחת, מתאימה בקלות למשפחה עם שני ילדים. המטבח מצויד. הדירה ישנה, מתוחזקת יחסית טוב
האור בחדר המדרגות עבד רק בחלק מהקומות, הטלויזיה לא עבדה, החשמל בחלק מהדירה מאולתר עם חוטי חשמל שאינם מקובעים.

שהדירה בקומה שלישית, . באחד החלונו הזכוכית לא הייתה, מחוברת ועקב הרוח החזקה הזכוכית דפקה והרעישה למרות פניתנו הדבר לא תוקן . הTV לא עבד בתואנה של תקלה אזורית, מבדיקה עם אחד השכנים לא הייתה תקלה . וגם ארחי שעתיים לא הצלחנו לראות . במטבח יש ריח חזק של עישון .
