הקרבה לעיר הבה״דים. הנוף.
השקעים בחדרי השינה היו מאחורי הכריות של המיטה, ובמיקום לא נוח. מן הראוי היה להתקין שקעים בקירות הסובבים את המיטה. מדיח כלים היה מוסיף על חדוות המתארח.

הבית מושקע ,2 חדרי שינה וסלון,ומרפסת גדולה עם מנגל ופינת אוכל + פינת ישיבה. יש עוד אפשרויות שינה עם מיטה בקומת גלריה בכל אחד מהחדרים.
הצורך בתחזוקה מורגש.הריהוט במרפסת במצב רעוע ולא נקי.מעפרות עם בדלי סיגריות מאורחים קודמים הושארו במרפסת. היה לנו ריח חריף של שתן באחד מחרדי רחצה, כנראה בגלל שטיח לא נקי ...רמת נקיון כללי טעונת שיפור.חבל כי הבית חמוד ועם פוטנציאל

הכל, הצימר מרווח, והמטבח מאובזר. הכל נקי ומסודר וכשנכנסים הריח כל כך נעים. יניב בעל הצימר היה איתי בקשר לפני והמליץ לנו על מסלולי טיול. הצימר נמצא בשכונת וילות חדשה ונעימה.
