Annamoi Homestay Tam Coc

The best part of all were the hosts; the gentleman welcomed us at 7 a.m. with water and watermelon! He kindly showed us a map with places to visit and also let us have breakfast that day. The facilities are excellent and very clean, with air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. They also have a swimming pool and a public shower nearby. The location is excellent. On the day of check-out, they let us leave our bags there, take a shower, and the lady even helped me dry my towel! They were incredibly kind. They also rent motorbikes at a good price! Everything was excellent!!!!!! I highly recommend it the best stay I’ve had in Asia so far! I would come back a thousand times.

The homestay is run by a mother/daughter duo who are both extremely kind and helpful. They were always available for any questions and they helped us with some options to book the bus for our next destination + they explained to us how we could get around Tam Coc and sign up for some tours. When we checked out of our room, we were gifted some drinks and fresh watermelon to take with us on the bus, we really appreciated this since it was HOT that day. Aside from the excellent customer service and clear communication, our room was very comfortable and the included breakfast was simple but tasty. There's a swimming pool and a nice terrace area where you can play with the homestay's three small dogs. Overall a very lovely stay within walking distance from everything there is to do in Tam Coc.

We opted for the laundry service which was very much needed from our end, but upon checking our clothes later on, we were missing a pair of socks and a part of a bikini. We probably would've caught this and asked about it if we had more time, but we were rushing. In the end its not too bad, but probably safe to double check everything when choosing this service.

Really lovely homestay. The family who run it are very friendly and make sure you have everything you need. Room was basic but good value.

There is construction going on from morning to evening. Not too disturbing but you can hear it.
