Excelente ubicación. El apartamento es muy cómodo y agradable. Todo nuevo y muy bien acondicionado en general. Cocina, salón, habitación amplia. La piscina muy bonita y tranquila.
Creo que faltan tres cosas. Un toldo en la terraza principal, un soporte para el gel y champú dentro de la ducha y un espejo de cuerpo entero. Con esa habitación se puede poner perfectamente. Es una sugerencia Por lo demás todo genial.

The property is beautiful and newly refurbished. The sea few and two balconies are lovely. The pool and beach option is always an extra bonus and that is what you are paying for. There is enough kitchen equipment to keep you going and the coffee machine is a nice touch.
The air conditioning is the best. It is very effective compared to other properties in the town.
If you are new to Nerja this is the best beach with a great family atmosphere.
I know this apartment block very well and really wanted a sea view this year. If you are an early morning person this is perfect. The noise from morning routines on the street is every day and can start from 6.30am. Great, if you are getting up for a run or walk. However, if you are not that is a problem. Top tip put the shutters down every night.
It would be nice if two chairs and a parasol is provided for guests like other properties in the block. This is needed for the beach. However, great shop on the corner if you need to purchase. You can then pass it on before you leave.
I asked if I could check in at 3pm and I was given a no, when check in was 4pm. I did think that was not accommodating over one hour.

Het appartement was de ideale uitvalsbasis voor de eerste strandvakantie van ons zoontje van 14 maanden. Recent gerenoveerd, zeer proper én met een geweldig uitzicht. We raden het ten zeerste aan!
We waren helaas niet zo tevreden over het comfort van het bed. Het is niet alleen zeer klein voor 2 personen, maar heeft ook een zeer harde matras. Dat is zeer jammer en kan (in onze ogen) zeer snel opgelost worden

Sijainti erinomainen aivan meren rannalla. Asunto nykyaikaisesti varusteltu, valoisa ja toimiva. Kaksi parveketta merinäköalalla, joihin aurinko paistoi koko päivän. Asunnosta lyhyt kävelymatka Nerjan keskustaa. Lisäksi useampi hyvä ravintola vain 200 m päässä asunnolta.
Parisänky oli meidän tarpeeseemme liian kapea, vain 150 cm leveä ja patja oli kova. Pehmeä sijauspatja runkopatjan päällä pehmentäisi vuodetta. Tämä alensi mukavuuspisteitä arvioinnissa. Keittiöstä puuttui pöytäsieni ja astiaharja.
