Convenient location near to lots of restaurants Apartment was comfortable & provided extra linen for extended stay

Nothing, we were very happy with the whole experience

We liked our 2-night stay at the condo. The owner met us in person to give us the key, and she was very nice and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated her warm hospitality.

1. The property is new so most of the amenities are in good condition. 2. The location is fantastic. It's just close to everything but far enough from the busy streets. The view from our room is also great!

1. Expect 0 to nothing guest service here. The moment you step in, the owner and the guards will make you feel unwelcome. We do not expect a 5-star service but at least show us some value for our money. We did not stay for free. They need to train all the staff on customer service as they operate a guest facility. The guards think that they are securing a maximum security prison. They made us register multiple times, in every guard station, I wrote different names in each- they didn't notice, so they are just doing it to irritate you, not really for security. Coordinate with each other, at least! When we told the guard about how inconvenient it is for guests, he lectured us about security protocol and made us feel that we are intruders since we are just guests and not the owners. We rarely complain but this needs to be addressed since the property has great potential. In the guest accommodation business, SERVICE is KING! 2. Parking is outrageously expensive! P500.00 per night? It should be automatically included in the room rate and should not be an add-on that you will be forced to pay or you will not sleep at night worrying about your car parked in the open street.
