Good for seeing the sunrise and near the good restaurants of Dumaguete City. The place is quiet and peaceful.
The check in. It took so long for the keys to be given to us.

We really liked the location, size, pool and general facilities of the apartment – the staff were also very friendly and helpful overall.
Unfortunately, there was a rather unpleasant smell of food and strong cleaning products throughout the house, and there was also a slight but indefinable smell in the flat itself, which could possibly have come from the air conditioning or the pipes.
