La Terrazza di Lia

We had an amazing stay at Terrazza di Lia. Lia was the best host we've ever had, she communicated well before our stay and allowed us late check-in and very late check-out (we were lucky to have no one booked the day we left). She was responsive immediately if we had any questions, couldn't ask for a better host! The property was stellar with lots of space for our family of 5. Our kids enjoyed claiming the loft area as their own space. A/C units in every room really helped to cool off quickly after a long and hot day. The apartment had everything we could have asked for, laundry, comfortable beds, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and outdoor space. The terrace was such an awesome space to enjoy meals, sunbathing and a spot for kids to run around and throw a frisbee. The location was great, only 150m from the metro (overground) that had a train every 30 minutes to the city centre for just 1€30 per adult (use the Trenitalia app). There was a grocery store and many great restaurants within a 3 minute walk and you could get to lovely public beaches in less than 10 minutes by foot (the seaside is currently under construction though, so it's a bit hard to find an entrance down, just follow a local!). Highly recommend the spot!

It is near downtown. It is only two hundreds meters away from the sea and beach. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around it. It has an outstanding terrace. There are tables, chairs, table football, swing, camellia, shower and clothes line. It is huge. The terrace is also very clean and newly built. The place has a kitchen, everything for cooking, fridge,oven. It has two wc and baths. It has three air conditionings. It is like a five-star hotel.

Struttura veramente pulita (davvero tanto pulita), curata in tutti gli arredi ed enorme terrazza ben tenuta (purtroppo non abbiamo avuto l'occasione di usarla molto). Cucina e camere da letto ben attrezzate, con addirittura un condizionatore e una tv per ogni stanza. Due bagni con due docce spaziose. Lia é stata gentilissima e sempre veloce nel rispondere su whatsapp alle nostre molteplici domande. Buona posizione (25 min a piedi dal centro con passeggiata sul lungomare o tramite bus con stazione a 100 metri dell'alloggio) La zona dell'alloggio é molto tranquilla e fornita di tutti i servizi. Comodissima e buonissima la pasticceria direttamente sotto casa dove fare colazione. Consigliatissimo

Unica piccolissima pecca era l'assenza di un bagnoschiuma/shampoo per la doccia. Essendoci fermati per due sole notti sarebbe stato comodo averli a disposizione.
