Great location if you have an event at Headingley Stadium as it’s on the doorstep. Booked a restaurant in Headingley centre, we walked to it in about 15 minutes, so no need to drive or find parking. Our event was at the uni which was about 12 minutes drive away & Ubers are cheap enough to get about.
House itself was well equipped, even tea, coffee, cleaning products, towels & a hairdryer supplied, even hangers, so no need to take any of those. Pleasant for a short stay and a decent base for the uni.
We were out early in the morning and struggled slightly with the one bathroom for 5 people, but that’s our fault for not booking somewhere with 2. Also, don’t leave the bedroom window open in the evening as the street was a tad noisy & planes fly over regularly, not a complaint, just recommendation 😊

Family of 4 travelling to see friends. Met all of our needs with parking, number of bedrooms, cleanliness and location.
The mattress in the double room was uncomfortable.

Great location near Headingley, and still in a nice quiet area of the city.
Off street private parking and all the amenities you could want.
Tom the owner is a great host and easy to get hold of if required.
