Spacious Room with private king bathroom

We liked the location

We arrived at the end of Dezember , and the room was actually colder then outside . We contacted OSCAR via phone and went to a cafe to get warm , when we came back, we texted back and forth and had to go back... first he said the technican will be here at 17:30 then all of a suden he texted us he will be here at 4 . We rushed back and when we came back, the radiator was working, we guess they just turned on the boiler in the other room. Then later he sent some guys to "repair" the boiler but what they did, im not sure but i guess, they locked the boiler .... so you can not heat the room when you want, just when the boiler "setting" wants. It was not heating when we woke up in the morning This room isnt spacious at all you have to squeek through the corner to reach the balcony. You have to move the chair next to the bed to open the closets .... So Gonzalo put the apparment on here but you contact oscar ? Seems quite skechty . Last but not least , the Balcony is not for your own , you share it with guests from the other room and your bathroon is not in the room, its outside the room at the floor so if you gonna have a sitting, all guests can hear it ,, even if its big , the radiator was full of rust . Im also sure that the cleaner , never cleaned anything with the 4 days of stay . Fati (technician) was definetly not fixing thr pressure from the pump in our opinion but we will leave it here
