ST Central Hotel, Pakse

Everything was absolutely perfect! The entire hotel was spotless, the food and breakfast were excellent, and the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always made sure every guest felt comfortable. Even when it started raining, someone immediately came over with an umbrella. It’s these little details that make all the difference. An absolutely fantastic hotel that I can highly recommend!

These are really just minor complaints at a very high level. One thing I don’t quite understand is the coffee from an automatic machine. Paksong, famous for its excellent coffee, is practically around the corner. Especially for a hotel representing this beautiful region, freshly brewed local coffee would be a wonderful touch. Homemade jam and a slightly wider selection of European breakfast options would also be nice. I also find it a shame that instant fruit juices are served when fresh fruit is so affordable and widely available here. Freshly squeezed orange juice would be a fantastic addition. However, these are only small details that could make an already excellent stay even more perfect.

I reviewed this property before but I wanted to emphasize it again that this is a very good and comfortable place to stay. It may not look like so from outside or online websites but you won’t likely be disappointed. Breakfast is excellent and staff is great.
