Nakorn River View

The room was excellent - large, well equipped and with a view of the river. The housekeeping staff did a great job of cleaning the room and were very responsive

The hotel is under-staffed. This is especially obvious in the restaurant where it can be difficult to get the attention of the staff. The area where the hotel is located is noisy during the day since there is a temple across the street with announcements on the loudspeaker system starting early in the morning.

Good location on the river and easy to walk to town.

Beautiful location on the river. Very clean and spacious. Food was delicious. The owners are very helpful with booking transit. They booked me a tuktuk to Vat Phou, a day trip to Bolaven Plateau for the day and a tuktuk to Pakse bus stations. They provided free pickup from the boat pier, too, since I stayed 3 nights. WiFi was very good.

1. Nice river view, amazing sunrise; 2. Opposed to a local temple, you can see alms giving at the doorstep of the hotel; 3. Greeting snack is available, even though the banana is a bad one…..4. Main building (the restaurant) is very beautiful, with a lot of plants, lovely garden; 4. The room is very clean;

1. Water pressure of shower is not stable and pretty small, very very annoying; 2. The tap in the basin is lose, it still works but just lose; 3. The AC control is not good, with the fan button missing, means you can not adjust the fan; 4.I was arranged to another building 150m from the Nakorn restaurant, I am not so happy with the arrangement only because the man building has better view for sunrise, and good facilities like riverside chairs available for enjoying the view.
