Heart of Brighton - Stylish - Victorian Terrace

The location was great, with shops, bars and everything you need nearby. It isn’t particularly quiet at night, but this didn’t bother us. There is no parking directly at the property from 9am permit holders only! Although there is parking nearby and the host was helpful in assisting us with finding somewhere to park. The accommodation itself was comfortable and clean, and it was really well stocked, had hair driers, all the needed towels and crockery, including plenty of toilet tissue and all the cleaning essentials you could need. The host was also very good at responding promptly to messages and genuinely seemed to want to be helpful, which we appreciated.

There were a couple of things that could have been better. There was a sign asking guests not to enter a private room upstairs, but as the room was on the top floor without a door and we had young children with us, they naturally became curious and went upstairs. I apologised immediately, but unfortunately the host’s tone felt quite harsh and rude. I did feel it was worth reminding him that young children are naturally curious and, when welcoming families, these things can happen despite parents doing their best to supervise them. We also found some of the facilities difficult to use, particularly the main shower, which wasn’t very straightforward.

This has to be the best place to stay in Brighton centre. Very clean, very cozy and everything you could ask for. We secured parking in Sainsburys for the duration of our stay, which is only a 5 - 10 min walk. The place was in a perfect location. Coumd not fault. Thanks xx
