Friendly staff and the property looked a different than the usual hotel apartments

The Google map to the location was not accurate, making us to walk a bit to find the exact property

I would like to give a special appreciation to Mr. Ahmed (the receptionist) for being so warm, helpful, and accommodating. He personally guided me from the taxi stand and made it easy for me to locate the hotel, which was a great help upon arrival. I also appreciated the hotel’s classic, old-world Arab-Indian style, which gives the place a unique and charming character. The traditional atmosphere added a special touch to our stay. The housekeeping team was also excellent and attentive to our needs, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, the combination of the hotel ’s unique character and the staff’s genuine hospitality made our experience truly memorable. Thank you, Mr. Ahmed and the entire team!

مكان جميل جدا و نظيف و قريب من محطة المترو ، تعامل الموظفين راقي جدا و طيبين جدا . يشبه كثيرا فنادق مراكش ( المغرب ) . الغرفة كانت مرتبة و نظيفة و مكيفة ، الشاشة تحتوي على اليوتوب و الافطار جيد

غرفتي كانت لا تحتوي على نافذة و لكن هذا شيئ صغير مقارنة بالمميزات الأخرى الكثيرة . المحلات التجارية أو المطاعم المُحيطة بالفندق يغلقون في الليل !

مواقف غير متوفره و واجهنا صعوبه في ايجاد موقف و اضطررنا للمشي مع حقائبنا ف الشارع من الموقف إلى الفندق وفطور غير متنوع وم مستاهل مقارنه بالسعر من غير أنهم طلبوا مننا دفع مبلغ إضافي عند وصولنا للفندق مع أننا قمنا بالحجز و الدفع مباشره عن طريق البرنامج
