Only the space/rooms
Not recommended, especially considering the area.
Although the hotel offers parking, it is paid parking and handled very poorly. Our car was left unattended, with the keys placed on the tire, which is extremely unsafe.
The staff were unhelpful and uninformed. When we asked for assistance, they didn’t know anything and made no effort to help us locate the car, even though we booked three rooms. The overall attitude was very rude and unaccommodating.
While the rooms are spacious, the amenities are disappointing. The TV is not a smart TV and cannot be used to watch anything. There is no cooking area, and not even a microwave is provided, which is very inconvenient.
I understand it was a holiday, but this does not justify the poor service and lack of basic amenities.
