דירה מעולה, גדולה מאוד, נוחה ועם נוף מהמם במיקום שקט במצפה רמון. החדרים מרווחים, יש מזגן בכל חדר, כלי בישול בסיסיים, מכונת קפה, מכונת כביסה ומייבש. התקשורת עם המארח הייתה טובה מאוד, היינו מספר ימים בדירה והרגשנו בבית.
היו חסרים כמה דברים קטנים כמו סיר לבישול, אבל המארח שולח את כל האינפורמציה מראש, כולל אילו כלים יש במטבח, כך שכדאי להתכונן מראש ולהביא מה שחסר אם רוצים לבשל.
