I booked the hotel online. I got the confirmation. Hotel staff called and said that another guest came for the room i have given him your room, so mow there is no room in the hotel. Kindly cancel your booking.

Decent property in budget

It is a newly built property, so it was clean and well maintained. The rooms were good.

They had no in house restaurant service, they had a fixed menu which even they would outsource from outside. The staff were good but service was a little slow. I had to call 2-3 times for water and towel

Indra Palace exceeded all my expectations! Amazing hospitality, very cooperative staff, and a super friendly manager. The rooms are well-maintained, peaceful, and feel like home. I stayed for 5 days and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jaipur The staff is very polite, supportive, and makes you feel welcome from day one. Great location, tasty food, and beautiful rooms—especially the front view. This place truly gives a “home away from home” feeling. 5-star experience without any doubt 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
