⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (9/10) Thank you so much for the effort in keeping the room neat and tidy. The room was beautiful — I loved the bed and pillows, the sofa, and the overall interior. Everything smelled nice, and the place felt very cozy, quiet, and relaxing. It was exactly what I needed after a long day. We checked in at around 2:00 AM, but the room wasn’t ready yet, so we were able to enter at around 3:00 AM. The wait was quite tiring since I really needed to rest, but I truly appreciated the effort and assistance provided — especially being helped all the way to the parking at 3:00 AM. Because of that, the wait felt worth it. Special thanks to Rawel (sorry if I spelled the name incorrectly) — he was extremely kind, helpful, and hardworking. 10/10 for his effort and service. He really made a difference in our stay. We requested an extension until 2:00 PM, but it wasn’t possible due to incoming guests, which I understand. The water pressure was okay, and I appreciated having a bidet. The heater wasn’t functioning very well, but overall the experience was still great. I also loved the little details — free coffee and tea, free slippers, and the complete hygiene kit. Everything felt very premium. I especially loved the hair dryer (by the way, where did you buy it? 😊). For improvement: • Please make sure the room is always prepared on time so guests won’t have to wait, especially late at night. • Bigger trash bins with no-touch covers would be a great upgrade since everything else is already top-tier. • Also, I initially saw the rate as ₱1,600, but it became ₱2,500 upon booking. It would be better if pricing was clearer on Booking.com so there are no surprises. Overall, this was a very premium and comfortable stay, and I would definitely book this place again whenever I stay at Fame. Thank you so much, and I hope to easily message you again.
