My partner and I booked a room here for a night during our backpacking trip to have a bit more comfortable.
We came mainly for the view over the lagoon and were so glad! The view is truly gorgeous, both at night and in the morning, when many buffalos were swimming around. It is very peaceful.
The room itself was perfect, very clean and with an amazing view and balcony.
The only negative I would say was that there is no bar on place and the food option for dinner were limited, but this seems due to season, I guess in high season everything is open. The staff especially the main receptionist was really kind and welcoming, and arranged a tuktuk for us to have diner in town.
The pool was really lovely to swim in. I believe we were the only guests here it seems, so we had the place to ourselves!
Great for a romantic peaceful holiday. If you want to be closer to town and amenities for surfing then maybe not the best.
