Petit studio très propre et agréable, bien aménagé. Emplacement calme.
Il n'y a pas de vue, et l'espace extérieur est très réduit, (mais cela n'est pas améliorable, vues les caractéristiques du bâtiment).

Les échanges avec le propriétaire sont clairs. La location est au calme. La place de parking est très appréciable. A l'intérieur, tout est fonctionnel et correspond à mes attentes de voyageur occasionnel.

De parkeermogelijkheid, de douche was prima en de mogelijkheid om koffie en thee te zetten. De locatie, ongeveer 20 minuten rijden van Tours kan handig zijn als je in Tours iets te (be)zoeken hebt. Ook een prima plek voor als je op doorreis bent.
Het bed was zeer onaangenaam. Er was nauwelijks sprake van een matras. Een kleine investering in een goed matras zou niet overbodig zijn. Verder ontbreekt de wifi. De krukjes bij de tafel zijn niet prettig om een avond op door te brengen. Klapstoeltjes of stapelstoelen zouden beter zijn.
