Room sizes were perfect. Kitchen/seating area was also fine. Had an outdoor area
Getting to the property and finding that no cleaning had taken place, which meant we were unable to explore the area because we had to wait for the cleaner to arrive which resulted in us missing the supermarket closing times (Sunday) Although not a real issue, need to put the shower head onto a stand to avoid having to hold it. The property had an outdoor area but could have done with a clean and have some chairs with a table, especially for the summer months.

Location and cleanliness were superb 👌
When we arrived the power was off, there was no electricity. Nevertheless, they fixed it in less than 30 mins once we contacted them. Excellent service and communication.

Great location with walking access to Brixton and Clapham.
No clear instructions of how to use the WiFi, temperature control, bathroom door handle not fixed properly to door, and radiator not fixed to wall either.
