New 3 bedroom Home by, UofR, RIT, Strong, Airport

This is one of the best properties we've ever stayed in. The photos are exactly what you're getting—the property itself is beautiful and clean, and conveniently located near major roadways to access the city. There are lots of smart and nice touches, including keyless entry, luggage racks in each of the bedrooms, a well-supplied kitchen, and detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. We had an amazing time, and would definitely rent this property again if we returned to Rochester.

There is only one on-site parking spot, which was in use by a different unit for part of our stay. The alternatives are street parking and a store parking lot across the street—both of which are a bit iffy. In general, the property is near a busy intersection in a rough neighborhood, and we frequently heard loud cars and music at night. But to be clear, these were only minor issues.
