Fully renovated June 2022. Place to Unwind. Brand new appliances & furniture. Surrounded by private residences. Upstairs has 2 full size beds and 1 bath. Downstairs sofa convertible to a queen size bed. Dedicated workspace.
Close to (1.5-4 miles): Rochester Airport, U of R (close to trail), RIT, Strong Memorial Hospital, RTS main hub (short walk from Greyhound), Walmart.
Driveway for 3-4 cars.

The house was perfect for what we needed. The house was very clean with a great shower. The area was quite noisy at times late at night with cars stopping nearby for a speed bump with thumping loud music but other than that the neighbors were friendly

Incredibly clean, great communication with property manager, really accurate listing it has everything it promises. Incredible place to stay, will definitely be going here first anytime I plan on staying in Rochester.
