Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό, προσεγμένο, εξοπλισμένο, κλιματισμός σε κάθε δωμάτιο, μπαλκόνι με άνετες καρέκλες και τραπεζάκι. Καλή συνενόηση με τον ιδιοκτήτη.
Τα μαξιλάρια πάρα πολύ σκληρά και σχετικά σκληρά τα στρώματα σε σημείο που το πρώτο βράδυ δυσκολευτηκαμε να κοιμηθούμε. Επίσης αν και γενικότερα πολλή ήσυχη περιοχή από απέναντι είχε ενοχλητικά δυνατή μουσική και φωνές τρία βράδια συνεχόμενα. Δεν διαθέτει ανελκυστήρα αλλά για εμάς δεν αποτέλεσε πρόβλημα.
